Complaints can be submitted electronically via the Contact Form contact form provided by the Complaints Office. The FFG will review whether the complaint concerns violations of the provisions of the Web Accessibility Act (WZG), in particular deficiencies in the compliance with accessibility requirements by the federal government or by an institution attributable to it. If the complaint is found to be justified, the FFG will issue recommendations for action to the federal authority or the relevant legal entity and propose measures aimed at remedying the identified deficiencies.
